Research also shows that most Dutch people do not consume the recommended amount of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are mainly found in oily fish. A cause for concern, because our body cannot produce essential fatty acids itself.
Our Fish Oil 1200 TG Liquid contains an extremely high dosage of no less than 610 mg EPA and 407 mg DHA from 1,200 mg omega 3.
High omega 3 concentration of >70%
A high concentration of more than 70 percent omega-3 fatty acids is not self-evident in liquid form. In an average fish oil concentrate based on triglycerides we often see ratios of 26-57%. The reason for this is that EPA and DHA are bound to other fatty acids at a molecular level. We strive for the highest possible omega 3 content.
