We always indicate the shipping time on the product page. Some product have a longer shipping time, for example 3-5 business days. In most cases you will receive the shipment during the next business day for addresses in The Netherlands & Belgium. For other countries, please refer to the shipping page.

Yes, you can select a DHL (in The Netherlands) or PostNL (in Belgium) pick up location in your area during checkout. When the order is shipped it will be delivered to the location of your choice. You will receive a notification when it is ready to be collected.


In general, yes you can return your item within 14 days of receipt.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories will be returned in the original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. If the product is used, opened, or missing a seal, unfortunately, we cannot accept it back for hygienic reasons.

  • Notify your return within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to containing the following information: order number, product name(s) and quantity, if applicable, the track & trace number.
  • Return the product(s) within 14 days.
  • The return costs are at your own expense.
