Vegan Vitamin D3 Oil comes from Lichen (lichen), a type of moss with high Vitamin D3 values. Clothing and sunscreens, among other things, give the body little chance to produce Vitamin D3. Many people, especially children and the elderly, can develop a Vitamin D3 deficiency as a result. Vitamin D3 is found in oily fish, among other things.

Vitamin D3 contributes to the absorption of calcium and thus stimulates the growth and development of bones.

Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:

Vitamin D3 / 1000 IU             25 mcg         500%* 

*RI** % RI: Reference intake of an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal).

Ingredients

MCT oil (excipient) from coconut oil, Vegan D3 from Licheen, vegetarian softgel capsule (modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, anhydrous sodium carbonate).

Use

Take 1 v-capsule once a day with water.
