Usage
Multi Day Man Sports:
Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Stick to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children up to 3 years old, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.

Multi Night Man Sports:
Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the evening 2 hours before going to sleep. Stick to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year.
