The Multi Day Man 50+ is specially designed to support you in all activities during the day. The formula is also iron and copper free and contains a generous dose of 100 mcg of choline.

B vitamins
The Multi Day Man 50+ provides a complete vitamin B complex. Ideal for daily activities! The dosages are adapted to the needs of men over 50 and the vitamins are present in natural and bioavailable form. Older adults often have an increased need for vitamin B12. The Multi Day Man 50+ contains a dose of 200 mcg of vitamin B12, so in most cases no separate supplement is necessary.

The day formula contains only the most absorbable forms of vitamin B12: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). In contrast to the inactive synthetic variant cyanocobalamin, these organicly active forms no longer need to be converted by the stomach and intestines.

Saw palmetto (Sabalselect®)
