Ingredients

Magnesium tricitrate, Calcium diphosphate, Potassium chloride, citric acid (acidity regulator), malic acid (acidity regulator), Celtic sea salt, natural flavouring, grape peel extract (natural colouring), steviol glycosides of stevia (sweetener), Zinc bisglycinate.

Use

Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (5 g) in 250 ml cold water, juice or shake. During intensive exercise the dosage can be increased to 1 teaspoon (10 g) in 500 ml.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect. In that case, the dosage can be halved.
