Ingredients
BCAA 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) granules, Vitamin C, Lemon flavor powder, Stevia (natural sweetener).

Usage
Take 1 measuring spoon once a day with a glass of water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. Preferably half an hour before the meal or 2 hours afterwards because amino acids compete with other amino acids from a meal during absorption. If necessary, you can increase the dosage, for example during intensive sports activities. A measuring spoon is included.
