Usage

Dissolve 10 grams of AlkaGreens powder (1 large scoop) 1-3 times a day in water, fruit juice or mix with a SuperSmoothie. Preferably take half an hour before a meal. 

Matcha contains caffeine, not suitable for children and pregnant women.

Ashwagandha:

Be careful when using thyroid medications.
