Use

Dissolve 2 level tablespoons (approx. 10 grams) once a day in water, fruit juice or mix with a SuperSmoothie.

Preferably take half an hour before a meal. We recommend the following intake cycle: 36 days ‘on’ and 6 days ‘off’.
